National Offer Day for Secondary Schools

If you have made an application to The Becket School for September 2025 entry to Year 7 but you have not been offered a place and would like to submit an appeal request, please see below for the appeal form.

Please include as much detail as you would like the independent appeal panel to consider during the hearing.

Please send your completed form, and any supporting evidence you wish the appeal panel to consider, to admissions@becketonline.co.uk

The deadline for submitting an appeal request is 01 April 2025.

Unsuccessful Application for a Mid Year Transfer 

If you have made an in-year application and not been successful you have the right to appeal the decision. If you wish to appeal, please email admissions@becketonline.co.uk with a completed appeal form (see below). Please ensure you state your full grounds of appeal on the form. This will be received by the Admissions Officer who will then contact the Catholic Schools Appeals Service.

Appeals must be received by the school no later than 20 working days after the date of the refusal letter. The Catholic Schools Appeals Service arranges all appeals on behalf of the governing bodies of the Becket School. Appeals will be heard by an independent panel and the final decision of the panel is binding on all parties.
