Matt is an experienced Leader of Science and a Lead Practitioner. He is currently the Director of Performance & Standards at the St Therese of Lisieux CMAT and acting Headteacher at St Peter & St Paul’s School, Lincoln. Matt has extensive experience of coaching and facilitating for whole school CPD. He has coached a number of NQT’s and developed schemes of work during his time as a Key Stage Three leader of Science. He  led a large and successful Science department a The Becket School. Matt has supported many colleagues with improving the progress of students in science in his school to school support work. He is an experienced A Level teacher in Science. Matt holds a Masters in Teaching and Learning and has previously been a Head of Year for Year 11 and Year 7.
